Tuberous Sclerosis (Kidney Lesions) Study - M2302
The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if a Novartis investigational drug can shrink or slow the growth of kidney lesions in patients with tuberous sclerosis (TS) or lymphangioleiomyomatosis (LAM). An "investigational drug" is a drug that is being clinically tested and is not approved for sale or use in the United States by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), for the indication in which it is being studied.
Trial phase: Phase 3
Participation Duration: Participants will be required to visit the study center once every 2 weeks during the first 2 months, then every 4-6 weeks until week 24. After week 24, visits will occur once every 12 weeks until the study is completed.
